1. Dispatch Time

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Should your order be delayed, i.e. out of stock/limited quantity, a member of the team will contact you via phone/email to provide you with an update on delivery time.

2. Shipping Methods

We use Royal Mail as our standard shipping provider. Choose from standard shipping, express delivery, or other specified methods during the checkout process. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase.

Our current shipping costs are;

For orders below £4.99 incur a £2 delivery fee

For orders between £5 and £9.99 incur a £3 delivery fee

For orders between £10 and £19.99 incur a £4 delivery fee

For orders between £20 and £29.99 incur a £5 delivery fee

For orders over £30 receive free delivery

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, depending on what service you selected you will receive a confirmation email with a Royal Mail Notification of Delivery Number or a Tracking Number. Use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
