Delivery Information
1. Dispatch Time
At FranksFasteners.co.uk, we’re as quick as a Tite-Fix® screw at getting your orders out the door! Most orders are processed and dispatched within the same or next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be ready for dispatch the next business day.
Occasionally, we may dispatch larger or bulkier orders directly from TIMCO. This allows us to keep our prices competitive. In some cases, this means your order may arrive in multiple deliveries - one from our warehouse and another from TIMCO. If this applies to your order, we’ll let you know in advance. Please note, these deliveries may arrive on different days. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us.
2. Shipping Methods
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 as our standard service, giving you reliable, safe, and timely delivery.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Follow your nuts and bolts on their exciting journey to you!
4. Delivery Areas
We ship all over the UK! For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or UK offshore islands, some heavier items may need an additional courier charge - don’t worry, we’ll contact you before shipping.
5. Delivery Issues
Lost package? Screws gone missing? Damaged bolts? Shoot us an email at Frank@FranksFasteners.co.uk, and we’ll fix it faster than a ratchet on turbo mode.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Return Eligibility
Not happy with your purchase? No problem. Return items in original, unused condition within 30 days. Like a snug-fitting washer, we’ll make it right.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at Frank@FranksFasteners.co.uk with your order number and return details. We’ll guide you through the process (no spanners in the works here!).
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping is on you unless it’s our bad (like a defective product or an oops on the order). We recommend tracked shipping so your items don’t go wandering off.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we inspect your return, we’ll process refunds to your original payment method or send out an exchange. Smooth, right?
5. Non-Returnable Items
Some items, like clearance, custom orders, and gift cards, can’t be returned. Sorry, but even we can’t unscrew some things.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or faulty item? Let us know ASAP, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
