At present, our international delivery option is limited to small orders up to £10 (GBP).

For larger or heavier orders

If your shipment is expected to be larger or heavier than what postal services classify as a large letter, we will need to calculate a bespoke delivery cost.

Important delivery terms

Right to cancel or request additional payment

We reserve the right to cancel an order or request additional payment for delivery if the postal service classifies the package as a large or heavy shipment after dispatch or during handling. This includes situations where dimensions or weight are assessed differently by the carrier.

Non-returnable / non-refundable items

If additional delivery payments are required and not accepted, or if orders are cancelled for delivery reasons, certain items may be non-returnable or non-refundable. This depends on the product type — check the product page for any specific return restrictions.

Customer responsibilities — duties & taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by their country of residence. These are outside our control and are not included in our delivery prices.

How to avoid delays

• Provide a full delivery address including postcode and any customs information required by your country.
• If you expect a large order, contact sales@franksfasteners.co.uk in advance so we can quote the correct postage and avoid cancellations.
