When will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, usually within the same or next working day of purchase. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Standard Delivery by Royal Mail typically arrives within 1–2 working days.
Courier Delivery is usually delivered within 2–3 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
If you need something urgently, feel free to contact us – we’ll do our best to help get it to you fast!

Can I Return my product?

Yes, of course! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return: Items must be unused and in their original packaging and
a proof of purchase or order number is required

Simply contact us via email or our contact form to start the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange as requested.
Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We’re sorry to hear something arrived damaged — we take great care in packing our products, so this shouldn’t happen, but we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
If your item (or part of it) is damaged, please:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
● Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s)
● Let us know if you'd prefer a replacement or refund
