Description
OB1® Heat Protect Fire Resistant Hybrid Sealant is tested to EN1366-4 and absorbs movements up to 25%. Our hybrid sealant can also be applied in horizontal joints and between walls, floors or ceilings to create a fire retardant seal. It can be used for joints up to 30mm wide and when used correctly, can help prevent the spreading of fire, smoke and toxic gases. OB1® HeatProtect Fire Resistant Hybrid Sealant is almost odourless, durable and can be used in interior and exterior applications due to high UV and weather resistance. Our hybrid sealant also resists fungal growth and vermin. OB1® HeatProtect Fire Resistant Hybrid Sealant can be overpainted with most water-based and oil based paints.

STORAGE
• Store between +5°C and +25°C and in shaded conditions.
• Shelf life is 18 months when stored as recommended in original unopened packaging.
LIMITATIONS
• Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates.
