Slotted countersunk screws are a type of fastener with a slotted drive and a countersunk (also known as a flat or flush) head. The slotted drive has a single straight slot across the head of the screw, which is designed to be turned using a flathead screwdriver. The countersunk head has an angled shape that allows the screw to sit flush with the surface it is fastened to, making it ideal for applications where a smooth, flush finish is desired.
