4.5 x 50mm DECK-TITE® Pz Csk Screw, Net-Coat (500)

    Description

Stand up to the elements with Net-Coat® protection

Deck-Tite®’s unique ‘thread pitch to core size ratio’ gives the perfect balance between ease of insertion and pull-out retention whilst increasing the core sheer strength.  Its’ Tri-Lock thread, forms, not cuts, a thread in the material expanding the wood which then relaxes back around the screw ensuring a tight and locked fix. Once driven in the screw will not move, it is secure for good.

With so much money being invested in quality timber products you don’t want to spoil all your hard work using inferior screws which will let you down.

     DECK-TITE® BENEFITS:

    ·         DESIGNED FOR DECKING & OUTDOOR TIMBER CONSTRUCTIONS.

Ideal for pressure treated timbers such as decking, fencing and outdoor builds.

    ·         SOLID TRI-LOCK™️ FIX STOPS BOARDS WORKING LOOSE.

3 flats on the thread initially expand the material for a fast, reduced friction drive, the material then contracts around the screw ensuring a solid fix.

    ·         ELIMINATES JACKING OF THE MATERIALS.

Partial thread prevents jacking of the boards & provides exceptional clamping.

    ·         PREVENT CORROSION, NET-COAT® PROTECTION.

Designed to withstand the elements & work against the chemicals present in treated timber to combat galvanic corrosion.

    ·         CPT HARDENED - NO MORE PILOT HOLES, ULTRA STRONG CORE.

As strong as a high tensile bolt, the screws should not snap and in most applications there’s no need to pilot.

    ·         FAST INSERTION WITHOUT SPLITTING.

Sharp, spiral point provides fast pick up, whilst a coarse, single thread offers a firm fix with high pull out retention.

    ·         AWARDED THE TDCA’S DECKMARK+ ACCREDITATION.

Screw-Tite® > Drives fast. Holds tight. Job done.

          • No pilot hole needed (most of the time)
Screw-Tite screws are designed with self-drilling or self-cutting tips, meaning they bite straight into wood and many materials without pre-drilling.
Less prep, fewer tools, faster jobs.
          • Advanced thread design = stronger hold
They often feature deep, sharp threads that pull materials together tightly and reduce splitting.
Result: a more secure fix with less effort and fewer stripped holes.
          • Precision drive head reduces cam-out
Screw-Tite screws are typically designed with high-quality drive recesses (like Pozi or Torx-style) that give better bit grip and reduce slipping.
That means fewer stripped heads, cleaner installs, and less swearing mid-job
